Hey! I'm Sandi.
NASM certified fitness trainer and nutrition coach with over 18 years of experience in training women to feel confident in their body at any age.
After going through early menopause, I found myself still working hard but losing muscle.
Now, I’m stronger and more fit than ever, and I'll teach you how to build strength, fuel for muscle, and build the body you desire.
My job is to take the guesswork out and show you how to train for results that actually last.
